Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly cannot recommend Muhamed highly enough. From the very first visit he was professional, knowledgeable, kind and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful situation for our family.

We had been feeling anxious and uncomfortable in our own home because of mice activity, but after Muhamed’s treatment, by the second day we already stopped seeing any signs of activity at all. The difference has been unbelievable and we finally feel relaxed and peaceful at home again.

What really stood out was not only his professionalism, but also the care and understanding he showed throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely made us feel supported.

Thank you again, Muhamed — we are truly grateful for your help and would recommend your services to anyone without hesitation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We unfortunately had a mouse issue in the house which was far from ideal. I spotted a mouse on a Sunday night before a Bank Holiday Monday. I found Muhamed online and spoke to him on the phone. Not only was he very knowledgeable and polite, he was kind enough to come on the Bank Holiday Monday at no extra cost. He laid the bait, which takes c2 weeks to work, in all the ‘exposed’ areas. He and his colleague then came back a few weeks later to do ‘proofing’ work, which aims to stop mouses and similar entering the house again. Whilst he was here, he also laid gel bait for a seasonal ant issue we have. All in all, could not recommend Muhamed enough.
