We do not currently treat bedbugs.

Our pricing is simple and transparent:
Rodent control (rats/mice/squirrels): £180 – survey and treatment
Wasp & standard ant treatment: £180 – fixed price
Pharaoh ant treatment: £280 – fixed price
Other insects (fleas, cockroaches, moths, etc.): priced on provision of more information, based on property size and severity
Proofing work is quoted separately and comes with a 1-year guarantee.

Rodent, wasp and standard ant treatments are on a fixed-price basis as listed. Any additional work, such as proofing or complex insect treatments, is discussed and agreed with you before we proceed. No hidden extras.

Yes. We guarantee eradication of the immediate problem inside the property for the pest we are treating.
If rodents are re-sighted and wasps return after nest removal in a short period after treatment, our quick-succession guarantee means we come back to reassess and retreat where needed.
Proofing work includes a 1-year guarantee on the entry points we seal.

Yes. All our treatments are professional, regulated and applied safely by trained technicians. For some insect treatments (such as fleas or cockroaches), we may ask you to leave treated rooms for a short period. Your technician will explain any safety instructions clearly on the day.

In many cases, yes. We often provide same-day or next-day appointments, especially for urgent issues such as rats, mice, wasps and cockroaches in homes or businesses.

Usually, very little:
For rodents: clear access to affected areas (loft hatch, under sinks, behind appliances) if possible.
For fleas and moths: vacuuming and washing bedding, curtains, etc., is recommended.
For all insects: clearing access to cupboards helps.
For wasps/ants: no preparation needed.
If anything specific is needed, we’ll advise when booking.

For rodent treatments, you can usually stay at home.
For some insect treatments (fleas, cockroaches, heavy sprays), we may advise you to keep people and pets out of treated rooms until they are dry or for a specified period. Your technician will advise based on the treatment used.

Most visits take between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the pest type and the size of the property. Larger or more complex infestations may take longer or require additional visits.

As part of the visit, we always look for likely entry points and advise on proofing options.
We can provide professional proofing work (such as sealing gaps, mesh covers, blocking holes and securing access points) at an additional cost. This work comes with a 1-year guarantee.

Yes. We work with shops, restaurants, takeaways, offices, landlords, letting agents and other commercial premises across North West London. We can also arrange ongoing pest management contracts where needed.

Yes. We use unmarked vehicles to maintain discretion.

We accept common payment methods such as cash and bank transfer. If you need to pay by another method, please ask when booking and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

We operate Monday to Sunday, with evening callouts often available for urgent problems. Availability may vary, so please contact us to check current slots.

Yes. For fixed-price services, we can confirm the cost upfront. For insects we can confirm the price on provision of more information, depending on property size and severity.
